This website is operated by KISCO Diagnostic Center, a venture of Kizhathadiyoor Service Co-operative Bank, Pala. By using this website - to read about our services, book a test or home visit, or contact us - you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with any part of them, please do not use the website.

Our services

The content on this website describes the laboratory and imaging services available at our centres in Pala, Erattupetta, Vaikom and Ramapuram. It is provided for general information only and is not medical advice. Tests should be taken on the advice of a qualified doctor, and every report should be read and interpreted by your doctor, who knows your medical history.

Bookings and home visits

• A booking or home visit request made through this website is a request, not a confirmed appointment. Our team will call you to confirm the details before any visit takes place.
• Please provide accurate contact details - we cannot confirm a booking we cannot reach you on.
• Home collection is subject to staff availability in your area and may be rescheduled with notice.

Test results and reports

• Reports are released only to the patient or a person authorised by the patient, and to the referring doctor where applicable.
• Online results are provided through our results portal. Keep your access details private - we are not responsible for access by someone you have shared them with.
• Report timings shown on this website are typical, not guaranteed - some tests genuinely take longer.

Prices and payment

• Prices shown for health packages and tests are indicative and may be revised without notice. The price confirmed at the centre at the time of billing applies.
• Discounts and concessional rates apply as announced by the centre and cannot be combined unless stated.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse this website - including placing false bookings, attempting to gain unauthorised access, introducing malicious code, or using content in a way that infringes the rights of others.

Intellectual property

The KISCO name, logo, text, photographs and design of this website belong to KISCO Diagnostic Center or are used with permission. They may not be copied or reused for commercial purposes without our written consent.
