KISCO Diagnostic Center is a diagnostic laboratory and imaging centre serving Pala, Erattupetta, Vaikom and Ramapuram, run as a venture of Kizhathadiyoor Service Co-operative Bank, Pala. This policy explains what information we collect through this website and our centres, and how we handle it.
What we collect
- Booking and enquiry details - your name, phone number, email, address and any notes you add when you book a home visit, ask about a package or send an enquiry.
- Health information - the tests requested, samples provided and the results we produce, when you use our diagnostic services.
- Job applications - your CV and contact details when you apply through the careers page.
- Basic usage information - standard server logs such as pages visited and approximate location, used to keep the website secure and working.
How we use it
- To confirm and carry out bookings and home sample collection.
- To perform the investigations you request and deliver your reports.
- To respond to enquiries and job applications.
- To improve our services and keep the website secure.
We do not send marketing messages unless you have asked for them, and we never sell your information to anyone.
Your health information
Samples and reports are handled in confidence by our laboratory team. Reports are released only to you, a person you authorise, or your referring doctor. Access within KISCO is limited to staff who need it to do their work.
When we share information
- With service providers who help us operate - for example SMS/WhatsApp delivery of report notifications - and only what they need.
- With government health authorities where reporting is required by law.
- When a court or authority lawfully requires it.

Booking and enquiry details are kept as long as needed to serve you and meet our record-keeping obligations. Laboratory records are retained in line with applicable medical record rules, after which they are securely disposed of.

Tests for children are booked and consented to by a parent or guardian, and reports are released to them.
